Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any cancellation fee. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount may apply.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be allowed.

2. Order Cancellation by Purnima : One Stop Online Saree Store 

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

If the product is out of stock.

In case of payment issues or incomplete transactions.

If the delivery location is outside our serviceable areas.

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. Non-Cancellable Products

Customized sarees or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the production process has started.
