These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Purnima : One Stop Online Saree Store! platform, services, and products. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our sarees. However, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to differences in photography, lighting, or screen displays. All products are subject to availability. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a refund.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can only be placed through our official website or authorized channels. All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at the time of checkout. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other specified methods. In the event of a payment failure, your order may be delayed or cancelled. Please contact customer support for assistance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping across India. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of products. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details to monitor the status of your order. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services. For significant issues, please reach out to our customer service team.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Customers must notify us within 1 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be entertained. We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

NOTE: Returns and Refunds are not available for items purchased through the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and the Purnima ki amazing deals or any bundle offer; however, they can be exchanged for similar or less costly products.

Note: For orders from outside India we do not support returns and exchange currently.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at the warehouse of thepurnima.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, text, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Purnima : One Stop Online Saree Store and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability
