Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It’s simple. You have to raise a return request within 1 days of delivery of the product.
How can I raise a return request?

Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?
We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed.
How much time does it take to get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return some products from a bundle offer (Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) and still remain eligible for the offer?
Returns and Refunds are not available for items purchased through the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and the Purnima ki amazing deals or any bundle offer; however, they can be exchanged for similar or less costly products.
Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?
Yes, Products purchased during sale/offer will be eligible for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you wish to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any cancellation fee. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount may apply.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be allowed.
2. Order Cancellation by Purnima : One Stop Online Saree Store
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
If the product is out of stock.
In case of payment issues or incomplete transactions.
If the delivery location is outside our serviceable areas.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Policy for Cancellations
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 business days.
If the payment was made using a credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Non-Cancellable Products
Customized sarees or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the production process has started.
